Ingredients
1 Tbs olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 onion, diced
3 tomatoes, diced
1 sweet yellow pepper, diced
1 jar (190g) pesto
1 container (400ml) sour cream
375 grams pasta
Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Cook pasta.
Season with pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix cooked pasta through the sauce and serve. Top with grated parmesan cheese.

We had this tonight and all really enjoyed it. Josh said he could have it often and Maya even really liked it (always good news!). I also loved how quick and easy it is to make.
